7.1 - Must be via a physical link
We require all interconnections to occur over a shared physical fabric of some kind, peering must not be done via tunnel or virtual link.
7.1.1 - Mutual Benefit
All peering and interconnections must have some tangible benefit, even if small. If we pass no traffic between each other, a dedicated session will not be created. We may still peer via IX presence indirectly, however.
7.2 - Societal Benefit
We may refuse to peer with you if we believe content you host, or services you provide are against our own interests, or the interests of the public internet at large.
7.1.2 - Network Stability
We may refuse to peer with you if doing so may cause instability or problems within our own network
7.1.3 - No unrelated traffic
We may refuse to peer with you, or terminate your peering at any time if you are known for, or send traffic for IP ranges not directly announced by us (do not use us as a default route)
7.9 - All other cases
We may refuse to peer with you for any reason not otherwise stated, or terminate peering for any reason with no requirement to disclose why.
